£1,000, 2 day IoT Hackathon at The Bradfield

The call has gone out for teams and individuals to participate in a two day IoT hack to tackle five challenges set by partner organisations. Organised by Cambridge Hack and IoTUK, powered by Digital Catapult, which a nationwide programme designed to advance the UK’s global leadership in the Internet of Things (IoT) and accelerate the UK’s IoT capability.

Pitches will be assessed by a panel of judges, with cash prizes of £1,000 in total and ongoing support for the best ideas.

As well as the cash prizes, a variety of support and mentoring will be given to the best ideas coming out of the event, plus partipants will achieve visibility, networking and exposure for their companies with large players. There is also the potential for running trials or testing prototypes with specific challenge owners.
