Since we opened in July, the centre has gone from strength to strength. There is a real buzz about the place, and we need to expand our team to cope! We have two roles open in our operational team.
The first is a key role in our front of house team - This is no average Reception role, it is extremely hands on and allows you to play a big role in the successful operation of the centre. You will be the face of The Bradfield, and the first-person visitors and members are greeted by. This requires you to be extremely friendly and give a 10/10 experience to everyone who walks through the door. You will build meaningful relationships with our Members and understand their unique businesses, this way you can help connect members with each other throughout the community. You will also be assisting the Coordinators and General Managers with the day to day running of the centre, this helps keeps the role diverse and interesting.
Our second role is General Manager for The Bradfield Centre. You would be responsible for the operational side of things for the entire centre. Feel up to that challenge?
As the GM you will be responsible for ensuring that The Bradfield is a productive, inspiring and collaborative environment in which to work. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will need to have a positive attitude, with an eye for detail, a passion for nurturing relationships and a drive to support our members.
Some of the things we are looking for in our ideal GM candidate include a background in hospitality or within a customer-oriented business, experience working within a co-working space, or building communities, a keen interest in entrepreneurship and in business growth & development, outstanding communication and listening skills, a natural connector and enabler, and experience managing a team.
