Supercharge your cross-border growth with Cambridge Go Global

Companies in AI, Cleantech and Life Sciences who are ready to export or expand overseas in 2022 now have a new channel of support available to them with the launch of Cambridge Go Global.

Funded by BEIS and delivered on behalf of Cambridge City Council by Growth Works, this exciting new initiative will be interviewing companies this month to join.

Companies interested in applying can be at any point in their export or international expansion journey. Every company who applies can benefit.

Every business interviewed will benefit from a best practice report on going international as well access to experts who can offer advice on how to approach the next phase of growth and planning for international expansion.

Ten companies will be selected to receive even more dedicated overseas market entry support. Each of these businesses will receive a market insight report on two key international markets for their industry which will provide valuable insights on:

  • Market value statistics
  • In-market networks to connect and sell through
  • Competitor analysis (highlighting competitors in the market, their focus, customers, and size)
  • Workforce analysis (size, experience, and salaries)
  • Cost of operations (for in-market growth)
  • Taxes and compliance
  • Lessons learned through peer experiences
